Crypto-Current (2019) is Nick Land's philosophical reckoning with Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and distributed ledger technology — written from the standpoint of accelerationism and cybernetic theory after his return to public writing on finance and time. The book treats crypto as a current in the Heraclitean sense: a flow of electricity, cash, and secrecy whose irreversibility encodes trustlessness at the level of protocol.
